This is where you come to play: we are looking for a Sales Upper Funnel Lead to join our team and help us become the biggest EdTech in Latin America, transforming 700 million lives through education.

Your mission as a Sales Upper Funnel Lead will be leading the sales upper-funnel strategy. Responsible for establishing adequate KPIs related to challenging and achievable sales funnel targets. If you are looking for a professional challenge that tests your knowledge and skills every day, we have the role for you!

As Sales Upper Funnel Lead, you will be able to:

  • Upper Funnel Lead flow definition: Marketing-Sales Workflow
    definition with all the steps, from communication qualification and prequalification. 
  • Marketing Campaign suggestions: Suggest a new lead generation campaign allocating the budget to the correct source. Constantly sync with the Go To Market Lead to understand the market behavior. 
  • Marketing communications findings: Identify all the communication pains and analyze all the stage conversions to suggest new strategies to increase the sales performance. 
  • Average Deal Size lead increase: Increase the average deal size with a market communication strategy. Identify marketing gaps and analyze the paid media behavior. 
  • Analyze conversion needs: Provide the sales teams the correct lead quantity to achieve the inbound needs. Make bi-weekly working sessions with the marketing teams and a random sales rep to find insights and suggest new strategies. 
  • Weekly Funnel Review: Present to the C-Level Organization the funnel review with the findings and proposals. Need to constantly sync with the HOS’s, Mgrs, and Marketing team. 
  • Positive ROI short and mid-term plan: Work with the marketing team to control the P&L and ROI in order to increase the marketing budget YoY.

You should have:

  • Business Management, Economy, Industry Engineering or similar bachelor with 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing performance and sales funnel improvement. 
  • KPI’s interpretation experience with thorough data analysis. 
  • Adequate knowledge of KPIs and OKR interpretation. 
  • Lead generation knowledge identifying gaps and finding solutions. Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads certificates desirable. 
  • High knowledge of CRMs as Salesforce and Redshift. Data export knowledge as SQL or Visual Basic. 
  • High knowledge of MS Office and Google applications. Must know completely how to make scorecards, dashboards, and crosschecks. Also, visualization skills to make presentations and follow-ups. 
  • Solid communication skills spoken and written. 
  • Solid teamwork skills delivering energetic and motivating messages. 
  • Outstanding work experience with multitasking roles.
  • Advanced Spanish and English
