This is where you come to play: we are looking for a Sales Performance Lead to join our team and help us become the biggest EdTech in Latin America, transforming 700 million lives through education.

Your mission as a Sales Performance Lead will lead the sales teams performance strategy. Responsible for establishing adequate KPIs related to challenging and achievable sales targets. If you are looking for a professional challenge that tests your knowledge and skills every day, we have the role for you!

As Sales Performance Lead, you will be able to:

  • KPIs definition: Define the appropriate sales rep KPIs to measure on a
    quarterly, monthly, and daily basis the performance. 
  • Visibility: Suggest new scorecards, trackers, dashboards, and reports and update the current ones. Work closely with the Reporting and Tools analyst to hit the targets in the best time. 
  • Performance reviews: Work closely with the Head of Enablement to show and analyze all the KPI’s with the productivity master board and scorecards. 
  • Sales Behaviour control: Lead the forecast and sales behaviour to assure predictable and fast sales. Review on a weekly basis with the sales managers and the SSOPS manager all the sales updates and sales territories scorecards.
  • Sales Cycle and Pipeline generation behaviour: Suggest tools, targets and methodologies to achieve the pipeline and sales cycle targets.
  • Historical Sales Behaviour Analysis for investors: Analyze the sales behaviour to show how we are working towards the targets set at the beginning of the year.  
  • RampUp Hacking plan: Suggest new metrics and tools to help the sales team to achieve the ramp up in the shortest time. Work with the Go To Market Lead to find new market insights in order to establish achievable metrics. 
  • Renewal tracking split: Create and run the tracker split by Upsells and Renewals. Establish new strategies to assure a +50% Customer Success Manager revenue contribution for 2022. 
  • Sales Teams performance trackers: Work with the Reporting and Tools Analyst to create one tracker for each team with a market view. Each team needs to have their own KPI’s and their own Success metrics to use for the performance reviews. 
  • Account Penetration analysis: Analyze the market BOB usage. Coordinate with the manager to make an activity based report in order to assure touch with each strategic account. 
  • Reduce the impact on sales caused by external factors: Make different strategies to mitigate the impact of external factors such as politics, economy, media, etc. 
  • Prepare the market QBR and MBR with managers: Create a Quip tracker for MBR’s and present on a monthly and quarterly basis a Sales market review in a steering committee.

You should have:

  • Business Management, Economy, Industry Engineering or similar
    bachelor with 3 to 5 years of experience in performance improvement roles or similar. 
  • Sales performance experience with thorough data analysis. 
  • Adequate knowledge of KPIs and OKR interpretation. 
  • Project management knowledge identifying gaps and finding solutions. PMI, Lean Services, Lean SixSigma certification desirable. 
  • High knowledge of CRMs as Salesforce and Redshift. 
  • High knowledge of MS Office and Google applications. Must know completely how to make scorecards, dashboards and crosschecks. Also, visualization skills to make presentations and follow-ups. 
  • Solid communication skills spoken and written. 
  • Solid teamwork skills delivering energetic and motivating messages. 
  • Outstanding work experience with multitasking roles. 
  • Advanced Spanish and English
