This is where you come to play: we are looking for a Regional Sales Trainer in São Paulo Brazil to join our team and help us become the biggest EdTech in Latin America, transforming 700 million lives through education.

Your mission as a Regional Sales Trainer will be to own local efforts focused on coaching, consulting, coordinating, facilitating, measuring, and managing our world-class sales training and enablement initiatives. This role is instrumental in ensuring all our different sales teams ramp up effectively and perform optimally at all stages of the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in training, coaching, sales, and/or sales performance. This individual will thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment, have strong organizational agility, and be comfortable managing shifting priorities, organizational change, and multiple stakeholders. Training and delivery experience are preferred.

As Regional Sales Trainer, you will be able to:

  • Deliver and execute local onboarding and primary sales training and enablement programs to scale basic sales knowledge across the region, localizing for market nuances.
  • Own the coordination, communication, and administration for all local enablement programs.
  • Partner with region sellers + leaders on strategic enablement initiatives to drive revenue across the region based on sales priorities, business needs, and industry trends.
  • Liaise with key partners, including sales operations, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to leverage synergies in resources and training programs.
  • Serve as a sales coach for the individual contributors within the sales organization.
  • Support the designing and development of content by providing key information and data.

You should have:

  • Advanced written and spoken English (besides local language). Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
  • Minimum 2-years experience working in L&D, training / enablement, sales, or sales performance roles supporting a B2B sales organization (program delivery experience preferred).
  • Experience working in a multi-team sales organization, managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated self-confidence, business acumen, and an interest in presenting to large groups.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, project management skills, and organizational skills. sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated capability to present information clearly in an engaging manner (through client work, internal training, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of adult learning and behavioral change theory and models.
  • Experience acting as a coach or consultant in a business setting, sales coaching preferred.
