This is where you come to play: we are looking for a Team Leader Inbound in Mexico City to join our team and help us become the biggest EdTech in Latin America, transforming 700 million lives through education.

Your mission as a Team Leader Inbound will be to own and build the Inbound Sales Development team, you will lead the team most responsible for receiving core and non-core inbound leads, qualifying them to understand the client needs and hand off the identified opportunity to the sales team. You will lead a group of highly motivated sales development professionals in an effort to source and engage high potential prospects, while also developing processes to accelerate and fine-tune their go-to-market efforts. If you are looking for a professional challenge that tests your knowledge and skills every day, we have the role for you!

As Team Leader Inbound, you will be able to:

  • Help set the vision, strategy, and priorities for the Sales Development team (SDRs).
  • Lead an effective strategy, including driving effectiveness with key platforms (Apollo + Sales Navigator + Salesforce), optimizing go-to-market messaging, setting daily/weekly structure, managing KPIs and more.
  • Coach relentlessly; be passionate about the development of your people and create a constant culture of coaching excellence and inescapable, positive leadership.
  • Develop and qualify leads, resulting in high quality lead generation and conversion.
  • Develop SDRs for their next role in the organization through a career pathing plan.
  • Drive a high-performance culture within your SDR team.
  • Hold reps accountable for hitting daily/monthly activity and performance goals.
  • Liaise with key partners, including sales operations, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to leverage synergies to achieve the business goals.

You should have:

  • Advanced written and spoken English (besides local language). Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-years experience working in Sales Development, Sales, Training or Sales Performance roles supporting a B2B sales organization.
  • Minimum 1-years experience leading Sales Development or Sales teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience acting as a coach with Sales Development teams.
  • Experience working in a multi-team sales organization, managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated self-confidence, business acumen, and an interest in developing sales teams.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, project management skills, and organizational skills. Sales experience preferred.
